Bruce Van Fleet

Bruce Van Fleet is an eternal UPptimist, with 30+ years of professional sales experience in the rough and tumble world of mortgage, real estate and finance. He has led three national sales forces, including one at a Fortune 500 company, but even when he moved into the executive suite at the home office, his heart never left the field.

He has always positioned himself as the voice of field sales, the voice of the customer and the voice of reason. He has weathered the downs and prospered during the ups, and more importantly he has led others by teaching them his method of Prep UP, Show UP, and Follow UP.

Today he leads the Van Fleet Alliance, a consulting firm aimed at helping salespeople and business leaders reach their full potential. He is also vice president for corporate development at Williams, Roberts, Young Inc., a Career Partners International firm that specializes in outplacement services and career development.
