Bio: Bruce Van Fleet

Bruce Van Fleet is an eternal UPtimist, with 30 years of business development experience in the rough and tumble worlds of mortgage, real estate, and finance. He has led three national sales forces: Strategic Mortgage Services; Radian Guaranty, a Fortune 500 Company; and most recently Triad Guaranty.

Today he leads the Van Fleet Alliance, a consulting firm aimed at helping those involved in sales, business development, and business leadership reach their full potential. He combines an irreverent style with a common-sense approach to doing business in today’s tough economy.

The Van Fleet Alliance is steeped in Bruce’s values. He believes that business is a team sport and that we all perform best when expectations are set high and success is shared. Bruce understands the nuts and bolts of business, but more importantly he uses his emotional intelligence to understand his clients, cultivate relationships, and spread the UPtimism.
